The South Florida Watermelon Festival offers your business 2 days of selling with an estimated constant traffic of over 10,000 people. A generous marketing budget is allocated to promote the show’s visibility and increase foot traffic that ultimately delivers a successful show for all parties.

We invite you to be one of the 40 Vendors in the Kids/Retail Shopping and Dining categories. Please send 4 images of your products and 1 of your booth. We will let you know within 30 days if we are able to reserve you a space and then a deposit will be due to guarantee your spot.

What are we looking for?

  • Retail Vendors

    We invite all vendors who sell items related to kids and families to apply. This is our target demographic so we are only accepting this kind of shopping vendor.

  • Specialty Food Producers

    Those that have created something edible and delicious using the watermelon should definitely join us.

  • Food Booths & Trucks

    Food vendors making food as a meal, snack and beverage for consumption at the festival. We encourage you to somehow incorporate the watermelon.

  • You must have a professional booth presentation. Watermelon decorations encouraged.

    Storage boxes must be out of sight.

    A pop-up tent and backdrop is required. Must be staked or weighted down.

  • You must have a quality product that you are selling. We are looking for originality of design, quality of materials, and sale-ability. Impressive booth presentation and high-quality photographs will help tremendously.

  • Move in and set up will take place on Friday, April 11th.

  • Yes. The entire perimeter of the festival is fenced and there will be overnight security. You will only need to set up once and breakdown once. You may leave your product in your booth overnight if you’d like.

  • $200 deposit upon acceptance and balance due by March 1st.
